Enhancements - Field Definition Sets
1. Field Definition Sets will now contain 15 additional user-defined fields. 5 date, 5 integer, and 5 currency fields have been added to the 10 user-defined text fields for a total of 25 user-defined fields. These enhancements provide for more accurate searches by standardizing index data entries for dates, numbers and currency.
2. The ability to reassign the values of an index field.
3. User-defined edit masks to force data entry to a specific standard, improves search accuracy.
Archive Power @Home - added feature
1. Now provides a Field Definition Set with up to 25 user-defined fields to better index documents and images.
